This really shouldn't have taken this long!

For those who are as confused as I am, here is my explanation. I tried to use the 1 yr membership. I contacted the help section, and was told to cancel account and then use gift code.

Fine: cancelled account, and tried to use code. After contacint help again, I find out that even though my account stated it was closed on that date, it actually was slated to close the date right before the next billing date.

Fine: waited all that time (my account should have been cancelled as of Jan 16th). Then tried to access my account (so I could verify it was cancelled) -- it still came up.

Had to contact help again and explain the situation. Finally, it is taken care of, and I am now using the 1 yr membership


I am glad it got taken care of: I was worried I wouldn't be able to get back on here.

(I am sad though, since while I was gone, Niloh is now gone )



So, now I am back. Did anyone notice or miss me?
