Yesterday when my mum and family went to visit my granddad he was sitting up in bed and waving to them! they were properly gobsmacked. The day before he couldnt move or breathe by himself! The surgeon said hes lucky to be alive. They expected to have to put a tube in his throat after turning off the ventilator but hes breathing with just the mask now and they didnt expect that for ages! They said hes not out of the woods yet but hes doing really well.

Iv finished one essay on defamation for media law and am halfway through one on the environment and the media. Then i have one on journalistic sources to do. Then i can fully concentrate on my interview. then i have coursework to be in after that! mad mad month. Have quite alot of free time at end of january though and If anyone is free on the 3rd and 4th of february let me know - swansea tattoo convention and people are welcome to stay at mine and go out in cardiff on the saturday night.

Gym is going well so far. iv been going just after i drop jake off in daycare or before i pick him ip because its pretty much next door
