I think for my birthday I would like to but a gun and some beer , drink the beer and shoot the cans, thereby embracing my redneck heritage and making my daddy proud.
In other news, I need a little man advice. If a guy has just gotten out of a four year relationship and is emotionally traumatized and doesn't make physical contact with you but bakes you cookies and makes you pancakes and takes you out to the movies and acts like a prince, is there hope that one day he will want you to be more than his buddy?? Of course I understand he needs healing time and all that, its just that I've never been in this situation and I'm not sure if he's "courting" me (as one friend suggested) or if he just doesn't have anyone else to hang out with... Uhhhgggg!! I don't mind waiting, he's worth all the wait, I just don't know how to tell if its going to pay off in the end. I don't believe i've ever been "courted" before. I have no past experiences here to go on. In my arrested development, I've always thought if a guy likes you, he will pounce on you first chance... I'm all about the pancakes mind you, but what does a poor little Sordid hope to expect...
