Today was my first physical therapy session, although I've had physical therapy exercises to do since the day after the surgery. I think it went well. The physical therapist was impressed. But I'm not going to be off crutches this week.

I also had my first acupuncture session today. I think it helped significantly. I think it helped even more than the physical therapy. My swelling and pain reduced by half, I would say. It was amazing.

Keeping up with the physical therapy and the acupuncture, I'm going to maximize my recovery.
