There is some weird shit happening in my brain. One minute I'm loving it and loving living in my head. The next minute I want to get the hell out.

I guess fantasy is having a conflict with reality. Or something like that.

I go through that all the time.

the way you put it makes me suspect my moods work the same way but my brain keeps ahead of me with reasons why I'm feeling up or down.
