I met with one charming and delightful professor on my exam committee earlier today. I'm so ready to kick this exam's ass. Being sick gave me the perspective that taking these exams is a privilege, and there's no way they can be as bad as the life or death shit I've dealt with over the past few years.

Anyway, said professor's attitude pissed me off. After she didn't recognize me, I explained that I'd been away. She asked me why, and I told her I took a medical leave. "This is documented?" she asked. Umm, yeah. She then proceeded to tell me I need to pick up the pace, then she asked me if I was going to be sick on the day of the exam.

Oh, whatever.
