Have you ever randomly run into someone who you really admire and would love to talk to, and then completely fucked it up by acting like an idiot?
That happened to me today. One of my favorite artists/writers came into my work and when I realized who he was I turned into a braindead, stammering retard. What I meant to say was, "wow, I'm a huge fan of your work and I think you're amazingly talented and creative! It's really cool to meet you." What came out was, "Oh my god I thought that was you!" Then I turned bright red and tried to explain the store's return policy while apparently forgetting how to speak English.
DUHHHHHH. Way to go, fangirl. I want to slap myself
In other news, I have chocolate mousse cake and that should make everything better!
