listening to system of a down
ok so the other day i "found" a copy of hypnotize, the new system album....and i have some serious grievances with it...for one, it's only 35 minutes long...which is understandable when you realize that it was meant to be released with mezmerize....but the more serious problem is that it is nowhere as good as mezmerize...there are a few really good songs....but a lot of them are completely skippable....and that makes me sad...

i have to write a research paper for my composition class, and i've chosen the legalization of marijuana, with my thesis being that the potential negative side effects are far outweighed by the benefits of legalizing marijuana....and i'm not asking you to do my work for me...i already have a crapload of research and i know pretty much exactly what i want to say....but what do you guys think about the whole thing? i mean completely honestly...what are your views on marijuana?...i was going to post this in the 420 group, but i'll get all the same type of responses...and i'm trying to get an idea of what people who aren't necessarily potheads think....

update: ok, so i've been listening to the hypnotize cd, put together with the mezmerize cd for about a week or so, and i'll have to say that the more you listen to it, the better it gets, but i don't think it will touch the level that mezmerize is at....oh! and! rrlr420 has just joined the site...once he gets his profile and stuff up and running, go say hi....he may act like a grumpy bastard, but he's cool as hell
