I crossed a chessboard Queen said stop i dont want you
i said fuck you i dont want you either but im stuck here
waiting for the player to hurry up and choose
if he's gonna hit the clock or make a move
its a bit bloody pointless making me a pawn
i dont have any power like the castle or the horse
and yet they dont end up doing anything at all

Tip toe up and down, black and white i see the crown, he ponders on the edge with his steads in place there all smoking pot so dont notice at all its a couple hundred miles but like the others im on a move, they dont see me im a coming can i make it to the edge, Hail mary this is living life, this is better than death
