ok,

i do my sit ups, and my little ab workout kind of regularly. i'm not super ripped by any means, but my stomach isn't weak, or flabby. however, i've had some sex the last few weekends that leaves me feeling like i've never used, any muscle in that group.

if i take too deep of breath it hurts.

i'm going to take over top sales in 2 video markets, with my new X-rated workout tape "sex pack abs". you can work out, and get off all at the same time. hmm... i think, i need sleep.
