Finally back from Richmond.... a rough three weeks for sure... I think it may take a couple of weeks to recover....
mentally anyway....
If anyone out there has not seen "Little Miss Sunshine" yet shame on you.... stop reading this and go see it... it is to good to last very long... good to have a movie to be excited about it has been so dry as of late....
New Hatebreed album "Supremacy" came out this past Tuesday... probably their best to date...
Also, look for "The Protector" this Friday.... if you are not famliar with Tony Jaa work and like action films you are in for such a treat.... check out "Ong Bak: The Thai Warrior" he could be the new Jackie Chan in the sense of physicality and fearless stunts... though I think his fight scenes are just sic.... enjoy...
Only seven more days till the new Mastadon.... September looks to be good for music and movies...
