Man weekends are getting shorter and shorter...

Have to get ready for some travel time.... looks like Atlanta first and then Richmond for a couple of weeks...

My physical conditioning is falling away.... time to start busting my ass.... I am dropping weight at a good pace... but we need to step it up...

Congrats to Oritz for his win in UFC 61.... my first time at Hooters for this event.... will definatly be going back there in the future... as for my unbelievable cute waitress Missy... hope you husband stays safe in Iraq....

Miss Lillith hope things get better... I am sure they will...

I have found a new from of science fiction crack.... the Honor Harrington series by David Weber...

Also all you horror fans if you dont already have it run don't walk out and buy Thomas Ligottis "Shadow at the bottom of the World" before it disappears.... if you dont... shame on you..... shame shame...

loosing weight is hard to do but it is good that you are aware of it and trying your brest to keep at it...good for you. Was the Ortiz fight agaisnt ken shamrock....I"ve been looking forward to that fight and would be greatly dissappointed in ken if he lost. I might just pick up some of those books that you mentioned..just to pass the time a little and to stay off of here hehe. Hope alll else is going well and have fun when you travel.

my mos was 2846 field radio operator repairmen.....good shit. My disabilltiy is mental...if you look back in one of the threads you'll read where it all stems from....its tough for me to talk about. but yea I'm mainly sepresses and suicidal..but not as of late. I"ve been pretty happy as of late.

I became a shamrock fan when he was in the WWE....thats when I was exposed to him....I"ve never evevn seen him fight in the UFC.
