I see the broad light of the city miles away
from the suburbia in gradual over developing decay
they gentrify the places we used to get down
now you don't even see flyers in town
the yuppy parade will fall through their own shit
because of complacency and the mortgage pit
of coarse i only speak for what makes a stereotype
but people create that for themselves on their repititious hype
it goes for sean hannity's and liberal coffee shop revolutionaries
mocking themselves in front of their greatest adversaries
the general public is quite the tragic comedy
pampering ignorance for global diplomatic calamity
and traffic will die when I-75 is covered in sand
and no shows or cocktail parties will color this land
