Every time I watch this video, I cry. Not because I'm sad or something, just because it's going straight to my heart. That fucking deep voice, that performance...it's pure music shaped in man figure.
That's not the only stage performance nor the only artist able to move me to tears in just one song (they are to many to list), but it's special to me because it reminds me my sweet little sister L. . Each time she comes to visit me, we end watching woodstock dvds, drinking beers and talking about music we love. She does her house cleaning on ten years after "I'm going home", I cook and dance on Janis Joplin, and we laugh so hard singing "I'll paint rainbows all over your blues" (John B. Sebastian) that it actually works, our blues is gone in no time.
It's better than any anti-anxiety medication.

This must be why I like stoner and psychedelic metal so much. Branches from the same family tree.
