I got to be Thorin Oakenshield this weekend. 😊 And I had an awesome, nerdy idea. I want to make Thorin's key(key to Erebor) into a Keyblade! It's never been done. I checked. So I made one. 😆 It was such a good day. People loved my outfit. They loved the Keyblade. Even people that didn't know who Thorin was or what a Keyblade was. People aske me to pose in pictures for them. One mother had her little boy dressed as Bilbo. So naturally, we had to get a picture. Haha! I had to buy some bracers at the fair. I didn't have time to make my own. I only had a week to sculpt and mass produce my armor, make the Keyblade, and get my mother to assemble the fabric I bought into clothes. But I did quite well. If I do say so myself. 😉
