AHH im sick as hell!!! horrible headache, body aches, sore throat, fever, and I cant sleep....

i feel pretty shitty but mines self inflicted but fuck last night was fucking awesome, so it's alright. well make sure you drink lots of water and tea,take some neurofen plus, take lots of vitamin c and watch tonnes of hardcore porn.....er not sure if the porn will help but it'll take your mind off the pain.
