TUT TUT TUT TWOOO days til my TATT TATT TATT TOOO.........!

Booked for four hours and a lot of pain. NO PAIN NO GAIN.

This next week will be full of rituals and writing, reflecting and rioting. Year of the Phoenix is just one week til the finish line. She has been a transformative and rigorous muse.

Coincidentally, this is what is going on in my horoscope at the moment -

This process is a reflection of the positive changes taking place within your mind. New psychological pressures are coming to the surface and transforming the way you think about yourself. Quite often emotions associated with past experiences are reactivated at this time, which affect your life very powerfully. This can be a chance to get rid of psychological complexes from your past and to live more freely and with less compulsion.

Another strange addition happens on the other side of the world. The little old town I grew up in when I was a teeny, a place that cultivates a cross between hillbilly hick and macho marvin, has gone underwater. A surreal circumstance, as this place is very much linked to the catalyst of this Phoenix Year. The place is little known in Australia, so you can imagine my alarm, when here, tens of thousands of miles away, I spot a front page picture of it, half underwater, in The Independent. I spot the picture in the final sprint to the of the rebirth year. Life, you are a Laugh.

My lil town, headline news in a big town the other side of la world...

These floods are undoubtedly an anguish to witness though. Many of my friends have lost their homes, and some are missing. It's crazy when you hear of such adversity - we are lucky enough to commonly view these kind of disasters as peripheral to our lives. It's baffling to understand the network of nature, and a journey to wind your part in it.

For my part, far far away,

With the window of the world a click away,

The eye of a storm a whirl away

Wondering why the world works wonky ways...

My eyes weave instead of wallow

The window

Which the storm of our world - your world - my whirled

Will wrap itself wounded but wielding

Of Wonder.

Wonder and Wonderfulness

Weird Woman.
