Some people are true anuses. (anii?) Take for instance my landlord-to-be, or so I thought. He went away for a week, which prevented me from physically delivering him a deposit check. I checked in with him a few days ago about the apartment. "Sure, we'll talk when I get back!" All is well right? So he gets back, says, "well, that apartments not available anymore, someone else made a grab for it." Thanks for the warning pal. I didn't want to hear about anything else he may have had by that point. Click.
So back on the trail tomorrow, but fortunately I have three showings lined up all 10 am or before. One in the Woodfords 'hoodfords and two on Sherman St, which strikes me as a "gritty" neighborhood but apparently these places have been renovated. And off street parking is a plus too.
It's still snowing and I'm hungry. That's all I got. What chu got?
