November started with a vengeance here in the North, complete with cold wind tearing the remaining leaves off the trees and a bit of snow north of where I live. In mere days I will be among the first to ski in the Northeast as Killington will open a top-to-bottom run. It all builds up from here, and I can't wait.
In other news, I finally joined the 21st century and got a DVD player. Popped my DVD cherry with High Fidelity (and then American Beauty). I still say Betamax rocks so hard it hurts. Next thing you know, I'll be surfing on them internets.
I'm so bored I'm thinking of calling this girl who calls herself January I met the other day. She has some minor issues, but, then again, who doesn't. Chances are I probably won't call anyway. I'm kind of enjoying the solitude tonight.
