Here I sit, about to nod off in front of the computer after a back-breaking week of working the regular job and also filling in for about half the staff of the radio station. THUD. I'd say "it's over" but every time I do some other surprise fill-in opportunity presents itself. Once I'm there, I don't seem to mind, I've been doing the old afternoon drive show I used to do when I was a full-timer there a few years back and it fits like an old comfy shoe. A leaky shoe but comfy nonetheless. It's left me with little to no time for myself, but so goes this world of radio.

Case in point: Got home around 7pm on New Years Eve after working since about quarter of four. AM. I didnt even have time to have the inner debate on whether or not to go to Boston, my body just gave and next thing I knew I was awake at 9 in 2004, with a little too much heat on and no coffee in the apartment.

I've finally joined the age of modern photography and picked myself up a digital camera. Perhaps I'll take lots of nudies. whatever

I'm having a lunch date with a girl named Chandra this week. All anyone can say is "UHH, LIKE LEVY?! UH-HUH-UH-HUH..."

Back to my Vermont Extra Sharp cheddar, triscuits and a bottle of Yuengling. Wish they sold that up here...

Thanks for reminding me about "Heyday".
God, I used to just love that album.
I probably haven't heard it in over 15 years.
I'll have to go find.

I'm lucky (and old) enough to have seen the Church open for Echo & The Bunnymen.

Cheers.
