more updates! this seems to be key haha
1. i turn 21 in two days whatWHAAAAT!! nothing exciting really...just school and dinner with my dad, his gf, and two of my best girlfriends. tried to get out of school but i failed. i told most of my friends that i worked on tuesday either because 1) i thought i had to or 2) so i wouldn't have a billion people trying to take me out to get hammered. becaue i'd probably end up being the DD and paying.
2. my chem class is actually going well.. i like the people at my table. My parter already has her degree in Chem and is there for a refresher for her new job; the guy and girl across from us are studyign to be a pharmacist and optomitrist, respectively. we are convincing hte girl to break up with her boyfriend because he's a loser. the guy is a jewish metalhead stoner with sublime tattoos, and an amazing sense of humor (kinda cute too hahaa). The pair of guys down the table are an ultra-smart dude studying chem emgineering and mechanical engineerig. the ME turns 19 today (awwababy) and i found out that he goes to real university with me so we're gonna kick it in the semester. The CE is the newbie of the group and has just started acting like he likes us (thank you, thank you.. took lots of convincing), is too smart for his own good, and has 6 tattoos, one of the Lord's Supper in Rockstars across his back. i love these guys <3
3. My dad came back from India Wednesday. He brought me a beautiful shirt and three movies. I am SO addicted to Bollywood it's nuts. hahaha but it's so colorful and musical!!
it's nice that he's home, but it means back to reality and, an empty fridge on my part (snce i can't eat any of their food I just don't keep any in the house).
4. With the personal changes, I'm doing pretty well. I changed my phoe number and subequently got a new phone (which, cost almost $300 because I can't upgrade till august, but it was well worth it. An LG Xenon
). My hair is quite dark, almost black unless it's super sunny and then it's like a chesnut color.
I'm waiting about another month or so to get it curled permanently because it want it a bit longer first. I'meither moving to Sacramento or Lodi in September at the latest, I'm considering dropping my real name and introducing mself as a middle name, but probably not. Instead, i might get a tattoo... i had a dream about it and i just mightgo for it. could get expensive though.
5. and finally, fnally. i have turned to astrology for help with my life. it's crazy to me because i never believed in this stuff before, and now it seems to be making sense out of all this crap. It makes EVERYTHING fit. trippy. but what was weird about it was, as i was reading the horoscope for the month a few days after i decidedo give it a try, it was there. a simple sentence sayng that on or around *this date* in July you will turn to the paranormal, supernatural, or othr mystical/magical realm thingy for help. and that it may surprise you because you thought it was crap before but if you take a good look at it it might start to make sense. I just about fell off my chair because it Was the day and it Did seem to be helping... so we'll see how this all goes.
