So I got an email in response to a resume I sent off not too long ago. Had two phone interview and got offered the job. Great right? Yah, well, there's a big trick to it.
It's a hacking job. No problem.
It pays 200k a year plus room and board. ABSOLUTELY no prob.
It's for 3 years. I can handle that.
It's in Saudi Arabia. Hrm. Beautiful country, but not exactly the friendliest place in the world to be right now for an American.
It's working for the Saudi royal family. Another hrm. Not exactly sure how to feel about working for another country. Not sure I really want to know what they want to hack. Especially for 3 years. And then, since I wouldn't be working for the US government, not sure how difficult it would be for me to get out quickly via military bases if the situation in that country just fell to pieces.
As of this exact moment, I'm thinking no. But damned that money is tempting.
