I'm glad business has picked up, I was starting to get worried for a little while. July is usually one of my busiest months of the year. I posted a new photo on one of my work ads, and my response from that site has at least doubled since then. So I had 3 appointments this week from that ad and maybe 1 other inquiry looking for sometime in the near future. I did 2 outcalls in a row on Thursday. Then I was in bed watching How I Met Your Mother on DVD at midnight, and someone asked me to do another outcall. Seriously? At midnight? I might have considered it if I wasn't so tired - the guy only lives on the other side of town.
This weekend my significant other has been in Rhode Island camping with her mother. She suggested I find someone to hook up with while she's gone, but that's sometimes easier said than done. I could have tried to get my bandmates to come out with me, but they don't have much money. And my trainer (yes, I go drinking with my personal trainer - he's like my personal bouncer when we hang out) was unreachable. So I ended up having one martini too many and watching the Pineapple Express. It's cool, though, my gf and I spend far too much time together, so it was good to get a break.
