I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I too have BPD & depression, with the added joy of taking an antipsychotic.
I would recommend a bood called "Feeling Good The New Mood Therapy" by David Burns. It's about $8 in paperback. There are techniques for coping, but I found just reading it and seeing how I was not crazy very comforting. It is a book I'll reread in the future when I get anxiety attacks and rage.
The best thing to do is add a new friend.
