I wish we had someplace to dance here. I love to dance. I just wanna break out and go fucking nuts. I am envious of people that live in cool places with cool bars and clubs.

SERIOUS QUESTION: Can a 5'2" girl with a 42 inch hips be a stripper? I doubt it, but right now, that's my aspiration in life. biggrin

Yes my measurements are fucked up..and anyone who wants to razz me about it can go ahead, b/c if I ever meet you, I'll just shove my big-ol-ass in your face and fart the biggest I possibly can.

Honestly though, one year in college I was in this fashion class and we had to use this Cosmopolitan Virtual Makeover program to find the best clothes for our body (as if cosmo knows, wtvr), and I put in my measurments and it came up with an error and told me they were IMPOSSIBLE. WTF!!!!! Give a girl a fucking complex!

My question is- read any other Kundera? Cuz I've read Unbearable Lightness and also his book about the writing business The Art of the Novel (his essays, and Burgess's, about getting poor translations of novels have been a real eye-opener about the whole translation process), and I've been wondering about reading another... like The Joke or The Book of Laughter and Forgetting.

SERIOUS ANSWER: Yes. Any girl can be a stripper if they want to be. Some places are skanky and I wouldn't recommend them unless you really want to be a hooker and not a stripper. Others are posh but may not higher you. Still others, like the one I know of, is an agency that pays the girls to go to bars and make money dancing. The agency has been in business for over 40 years. There's this one girl who looks more out of proportion than you make yourself sound, who has been stripping longer than I've been going to the clubs (over 11 years now). If I had to guess, her measurements are: 34(a), 36, 48. Seriously. Edited to say: I think she's kinda hot too!
