Ok well today is the day I go to court for that psycho cunt that is suing me for her stupid ring that she supposedly damaged in the car accident. I am extremely scared. I have never been to court before. Even though this is just small claims court and no big deal. I'm still really really scared!
I know I shouldn't be, but that stupid bitch really intimidates me. Grrrrr!! Where did my mean bitchy side that I used to have go? Now I am just a tame little wussy. I need to revert backwards!

Later that day.......So court went horrible. Although my insurance company will pay for this, it will make it even tougher to get insurance at a decent rate. But anyway, the woman used her 12 year old girl to win over the judge who has a 12 year old granddaughter. (let's remeniss about our children), and then he found out my insurance lady was there and his exact words were "well that changes everything doesn't it?" So he's sending the verdict out sometime next week. He didn't care much about my side, he didn't care the cops never talked to me, he didn't care the cops made their report based on her side and the "debris" he didn't care that the "debris" were swept up by the fire department before the police got there.
So, Now i really really really can't get a car because insurance rates are more a month than a fucking car payment is. I know this because I've been looking ever since the beginning of Feb. I hate life. I hate money, I hate that I don't have a car, I haaaatttteee not being heard because I'm young, funky and fun. If you were in the room with us you would have seen the difference in the way he treated me and the way he treated her...It's not fair. (whiny voice) Fuck old people!
