These kids came to visit this weekend:


I was afraid thier overwheliming and seemingly neverending affection for each other would leave me all bitter and wistful. Instead, I felt incredibly warm and happy just to sit in the shadow of thier relationship. There is a certain sense of security found in observing two people so unquestionably in love....security in knowing that such a thing actually exists.

We spent the weekend walking about and laughing our asses off. They lent me a hand at the mangled photo call for my last production and I rewarded them with an earful of gossip and pastries in lil italy. Nothing so satisfying as old faces in a new city.

This week I have to knuckle down and get some work done before I go home for the holidays. I had to turn down the job offer in jersey because of schedule conflicts. That really chafes my ass becasue I could really use the funds. I was planning on getting my new tattoo while I was back in nc, but alas, shit happens.

And finally, I've been conspiring with my Tommy Boy for moderatly legal locations for my first shoot...'cause I hear how everyone bitches about the bed/bath girls. Big up to the Gare Bear for the heads up in gso!
