Updates of little consequence:

~I'm still here. I've been working a great deal though. My back and feet ache. My eyes feel sluggish.

~I've decided to put things right with my mother. I figure there has to be something in her worth fighting for. I figure I can dig the good out of her eventually.

~With others in my life Ive decided to quit fighting altogether. I know at times I can be too prideful and I hoped to take this past year as an opportunity to break myself of it. But I can't keep up this chase and I've decided to walk away with a brief parting 'fuck you".

~ I wore a skirt and full warpaint into work the other day. Bossman hit on me before he realized who I was. He was suitably embarrassed. So was I.

~I like drinking beer. I really like drinking beer on the apartment steps. I don't think my neighbor likes it so much though.

~I picked up a sixteen year old doppelganger. It's been fun playing at mentor. I think she tried to ask me out on a date last night...to the mall. I think I might have chuckled a bit. I think I might be an asshole.

~I counseled one of my more promising romantic interests back into the arms of her long-term girlfriend. I'm hoping this good turns makes up for laughing in the youngin's face.
