Hey guess what? WE FOUND A HOUSE FOR RENT!!! 
Noctem, me, and our buddy found a pretty cool house to rent in redlands. The guy who owns it called me today and told us he liked us and we're in! We move in this weekend. Pretty soon we'll have some of you over for a little get together.
