saturday afternoon. Just finished preparing tonights dinner... a delicious lamb leg roast with organic potatoes, pumpkin and carrot... yum... i cant wait until it's done - maybe another 2 to 3 hours frown.

went to the city today... went to the art supply store and bought an A1 (huge) plastic sleeve for mylife drawing folio and some fixative for my charcoaldrawings... came to bloody $18. Then i went off to the markets and bought tonights dinner..

WHAT AN EXCITING DAY. lol.

mmm... maybe i should go take photos of the peoples annoyed faces in their cars due to awful traffic. Hopefully they dont road rage me!

I wish I had time to shop for food. I never have time and always end up grabbing fast food. how did you do the lamb

before i put the lamb in the oven i cut lsits into it and stuffed minced garlic and rosemary in. seasoned it with sald and freshly ground blackpepper and dirzzled olve oil over it.

i put the carrots potatoes and pumpkin in a seperate tray and dirzzled maple syrup over them to sweeten themup...


I just finished dinner and it was delicious smile !
