saturday afternoon. Just finished preparing tonights dinner... a delicious lamb leg roast with organic potatoes, pumpkin and carrot... yum... i cant wait until it's done - maybe another 2 to 3 hours

before i put the lamb in the oven i cut lsits into it and stuffed minced garlic and rosemary in. seasoned it with sald and freshly ground blackpepper and dirzzled olve oil over it.
i put the carrots potatoes and pumpkin in a seperate tray and dirzzled maple syrup over them to sweeten themup...
I just finished dinner and it was delicious !

i tried to get into rmit once for fashion. i made it onto the waiting list. still waiting. just joshing! i do fashion at tafe in sydney. i am really enjoying it.
