Hmmm so i stopped taking my sleeping pills.

mostly cause im too lazy to go to the doctor.

but anywho.

ive been sleeping ok no more different than usual but my gosh i am feeling so run down and tired its ridicilous! i dont understand cause im not losing sleep but its still getting me down frown

Maybe you need to look at your diet. You've got to fuel your body with the right ingredients.

Red meat, vegetables etc etc.

It's unlikely, but check your blood pressure. If it's high it has a way of making you feel run down too.

i got my shifts for this week... i finally kinda have a weekend off!

i got Friday and Saturday off smile

this i am happy about seeing as this is the first weekendish i have had off since i started working there smile
