I work for the Environment Agency as an Environment Officer. That basically means that I regulate waste sites like landfills, scrap yards, sewage works, etc. I also respond to pollution incidents, arrange for them to be cleaned up, find out who caused them, collect evidence and prosecute them if necessary. Its a pretty interesting job with shed loads of responsibility and it gets me out of the office a fair bit. The only down side is that I'm never going to get rich! x
