so its been a month since i've been working out.

Sadly, I haven't lost but a few pounds.

BUT, I lost 1 inch in my waist and thighs, and gained one inch in my biceps and chest (don't know if thats good or bad because my chest is big enough already)

What i dont understand is why my weight isnt going down. I eat 1200-1500 calories a day only (mostly fruits, veggies, and whole grain). I even found 100 calorie ice creams for when i feel like a treat. And I drink 6-8 bottles of water a day. also, 30 minutes of cardio (burning around 300 calories) 3-4 times a week and Yoga on tuesdays.

So whats the deal?? Any fitness gurus or nutritionists want to help a sister out??
I know I've had a kid so the mommy tummy will always be there but i'd like it to be smaller.

I guess I'm just really frustrated.

i've always thought the two main things are being healthy and feeling good about how you look. sounds like you're healthy, or getting there - and i think you're really fucking hot. not that that will change your self-image, but maybe it will make you smile a little? good luck.
