7. What is one of your favourite simple meals from your childhood that you still love today?
Well @fredhincanada this was quite fun and brought back awesome memories.
I have epilepsy and had to go for EKGs quite a lot. Back then they used small pins that would go into my skull. And it hurt. Now they use taped on sensors. But as a kid it was shit. So mom would treat me to a steak 🥩 at a franchise restaurant that is no longer around. I still love steak to this day and when I bbq a steak 🥩 it brings me back. Mind you a cook it much better then they ever did.

Growing up, my mom overcooked meat. It was always dry and tasteless. When I had my first steak as an adult, I fell in love and never looked back.
