I am so done with Theatre New Brunswick. It has taken all the joy and art out of the technical arts in theatre. We are still working with tech that is from the late 80's. There is so much more that can be done on the tech side of theatre but there is such a resistance to do things that are not in front of the curtain. I need a new job
