good weekend.. I'm down 3.5 lbs and hope to get down more by April.... I also limited my self to one Growler a week...


Till April, this will help with weight loss. It's not that I'm over weight it is just that Angela and I want to be healthier.

I need to lose weight badly. I'm totally out of control with my eating. I'm going to talk to my friend Yvonne and see if we can't go on a diet and excercize regimen together.

I'm going to try not ot be so negative about my lack of having a romantic relationship at this time. If I can do that, maybe good things will come my way.

I'll tell you what I'd really like to do this year: Move out of this podunk town I'm living in. Seriously, I think it would do me a lot of good.

I'm guessing a Growler is beer or liquor. It looks good whatever it is.

I hear ya on the job thing. Jobs tend to be like that, even the relatively pleasant ones.
