I did notice that also. However, one had an underscore at the end of her name. That be the only way two people can use the same name. They just have to add something to it.  If remember when you singed up if you put a name, it will tell you 'In use.' or 'taken.'  Over the years I have seen this happen a lot. And yes, it does make it confusing as heck.
