Got some bad news yesterday.
Cried a little.
We probably won't be moving this year after all. (Note: PROBABLY won't be. Still nothing definate. But the fact that it's definate enough that I can cry over it is better than the up-in-the-air future that's been sticking around since the beginning of December. Mm. Limbo for a whole season. Nice place, wouldn't want to live there.)
SO I've decided that I have to to hit Edmonton to visit some friends and watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on July 15th. I need to be around friends and sit in a huge air conditioned movie theater with cushy chairs, a big bag of popcorn and more Coke than is reasonable for a girl of my size to consume.
Also, as soon as Canadian Tire gets their fishing gear, I'm going to get me a light action rod to go with my new Christmas reel. Do a little fishing this summer, maybe eat a little rainbow trout. Mmm.
Also, it was beautiful out today and I felt skinny, so I put on my jean jacket blazer that I bought last year and was able to do it up! I couldn't snug it over my Girls at all last year, so this was a total coup. I also felt really cute in my home-made sari silk skinny scarf.
Here's a recipe from a friend of my brother, benjaminfree.
DELICIOUS
Ingredients:
One box of ritz crackers
One packet of Skor chips
One tin of condensed milk
1. Mash up the ritz crackers and mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Grease a cake pan or casserole dish and dump it on in. (Ok, I don't know if you HAVE to grease the pan, but I sure did.)
3. Bake it at 350 for 15 minutes.
4. Eat it until you DIE.
It's so easy and reminds me of something I used to eat when I was little, which was marshmallows, butter and cereal. Put it all in a bowl, put it in the microwave until it looks like the marshmallows are going to asplode and then take it out and eat it.
Now... why was I fat teen again?

Very Gory and quite sad as well. It's only a 3 issue series and all 3 should be very easy to find.
