So... it seems that I have 100 Army Points.
How did I get these points? What are they good for?
THAT'S CRAZY.

we have GGs and (even better in my opinion) Nucci's!! i blame my close proximity to the gelati as the reason for my chubby belly. its so yummy. and i just steer clear of sugar mountain. bad news. too much good candy.
the kitties seem to be getting along much better today. they kind of play chase each other around. no more hissing, but still lemony wants to see where stryper is all the time. and Lemony is super protective of us. its funny. i have to try to make sure she doesn't get too jealous, and yet give enough affection to stryper too. its getting better.
stryper is definitely a she, i'd say. no evidence of a weinie.
i will forever remember you as my kitty testicle friend now, thanks to your first ever comment to me. miao!! tongue

I have no hair education yet. I hope that I can go in November, if I can save enough or take out one more itty-bitty student loan. tongue

The Vault is still there. I do not ever want to work at Ultracuts. I'd love to work at Oxford's on Osborne or even one of the nicer mall salons. Regis isn't bad, it seems like a good place to finish an apprenticeship. Lots of walk-ins.

The job at MTS is for inbound customer service calls for the MTS TV department. No outbound calls, and apparently, the pay is pretty sweet. I have a couple of friends that work there and it's pretty easy, apparently. I've also had friends who've worked for Convergys for years. It is a shitty, shitty, shitty company. My pre-Nikonjustice boyfriend worked there for years, and he hated it. In terms of office management, apparently it's like the comic strip Dilbert come to life. smile

Saw Star Wars tonight.
Um... I'm not sure what I thought about it.
I don't think I liked it, but it could be that most of the time I could hear the little fucker behind me chomping on their popcorn.
It's sad when you think of your 27" TV and cheap surround sound as "The Big Screen".
As in: "I can't wait until this fucking...

Dear Queen Victoria,

Thank you for having a birthday that always falls on a monday, thereby guaranteeing me at least one weekend each May that contains fifty percent more weekend.
I promise I won't fuck it up.

Love,
Heather

ps: my weekend plans are as follows:

finish my mum's late birthday/mothers' day present, which includes sewing, watching TV and going to find suitable sticks in...

awww, you have a halo in your profile pic!

Sounds like a busy weekend! Mine will be spent cleaning my apartment and playing World of Warcraft since it seems the sun has been banished from Minnesota forever.

You know, if you could work elements of Steve Jackson's Illuminati into your D20 modern game, that would be really cool....
benjaminfree:
Hey little sister. Sounds like you've got it all set up.

So, I've had, like, the greatest week ever. On Tuesday, Leah (my old room mate) had an extra ticket to go see Green Day. So I went. Then Wednsday night, I figured I had some cash so I went to see Star Wars. I loved it. And then on Friday, Rheal's step-dad got us tickets and "all you can ride" wrist bands to the Victoria weekend Fair. It was awsome. Soo... I guess I'm getting laid tonight? Something like that's got to happen, I figure. And, oh, I'm going to Bonnie Wongs tomorrow for a pot luck. So now I can be friends with her again so when she's on SG, I can be all, "yeah, I know her."

Ben S. Cool

P.S. Yoda and Vader do "it" in the movie. It's HAWT!

For one reason or another, for the last several weeks (more than several? Maybe? I don't know how long.) I've been really stressed out and sad and irritable and hard to be around and then this morning, like somebody flicked a switch, I'm in a brilliant, chipper mood again.
Ok, so... what the hell? I can't think of any triggers for it.
On the plus...

Just saw on the boards that WE3 comes out in trade paperback on June 1.

Cant remember if you got around to this one or not.

I don't know the exact date for Dead Like Me season 2. If it were any later than this fall, I'd really wonder what the hell they were waiting for.

I almost got smoked by a van (or a truck? I didn't actually see it) yesterday.
I was crossing main street at the crosswalk, and the driver decided that he'd try to make a left-hand turn BEFORE the oncoming traffic instead of waiting his turn.
Whee.
guidedbyvices:
was the driver an American by any chance?
guidedbyvices:
Of course I was up late playing WoW. I think I'm going to make my undead my main. I'm having so much more fun playing as a nasty walking corpse with a huge fucking sword.

I did a /silly and he said; "I'm dead, and I'm pissed" I was hooked.

I'm still going to play my Night Elf, just not quite as much as my nasty Undead warrior

Hiking in Alaska again yesterday. That was fun. We also went scampering through the rocks along the shore and I bashed/scraped my leg on one. Mmm. Stingy.
And in other news, my best friend's finally getting his website up and going.
Hooray for Kid Continuity!
It'll be good. You'll see.
(ps: I'm in that picture.)

Ok, its installed and all patched up, but I do need to know which server you're on so we can play together.

I'm going to go start a goof off character to get a feel for the game now

Wheee! biggrin

Ok, I've got a level 7 night elf warrior on the perenolde server

My weekend:
Drank some wine (pinot gris from Argentina. Not my favourite), played a lot of World of Warcraft (Heddie the hunter dwarf is now up to level 17), went to the new yarn store and managed to knit myself one legwarmer, which I'm wearing right now.
I like it so much that I'm going to buy enough yarn to knit three pairs in three...

sounds like a nice weekend! I would have chosen a nice riesling though, but that's just me and I like sweet wine.

I cannot tell what the little symbol is, and I have a feeling that you may have told me about it before, which makes me feel double dumb frown

The World of Warcraft box now talks to me every time I see it in the store. It tries to seduce me, promising me bountiful and unimaginable pleasures. When I begin to walk away, it starts with the peer pressure. I will crack soon.....

Thanks for the support! smile

I was very sad and very angry last night.
I'm still sad and angry, but we're going to see what I can do about that.

Do you have Xfire installed on your computer?
guidedbyvices:
Xfire is like a gamers instant messenger. You can see what your freinds are playing and what server they are in, and although I haven't tried it, I think you can send IM's while playing

I'm assuming you're from Winnipeg and your political leanings are to the radical left?

Too socialist? Pah! We need more. We need to build ourselves on the Scandinavian model. Mmmm yeah. Socialism at its finest.

Well, then.
I'll replace my worry with this:
1. World of Warcraft kicks ass.
2. My boss and a gentleman that we do business with in the south were discussing over the phone how hot I was today. But that's ok, because I'm a little in love with the guy we do business with in the south (because he is hardcore good at his job...

World of Warcraft.... I can't wait to finish school so I can start playing games like that again.

My friend across the pond tells me that PvP honour system is online for WoW Europe. Is it in effect here too?
