Ok, so....my first day on the floor at JPS went really well. I discharged my first pedi patient pretty early in the day (she was there for high billirubin) so I got to go work in the nursery the rest of the day. I changed and fed lots of babies, gave babies their first baths, and even drew blood from one. I hit the little tiny vein on the first try! Well, more about that later.
