It's been a bad couple of days for me.
First of all, I didnt get the position at Childrens in Dallas.
I thought the interview went really well, and she the nurse manager sounded like she wanted to hire me....but I got rejected. I know there was a lot of applicants...so I guess I just wasn't good enough.
And I got sick at work. I think the babies coughed their germs on me, or something like that. I felt pretty terrible coming home from work Mon morning, I had to have weinerdog come pick me up. Then I called in last night, bec I still didnt feel very well. But, I found a cure....Dristan Cold! That stuff worked really well. So, if any of you find yourself sick this season, go get Dristan, it it'll cure what ills ya.
Anyways, I felt pretty crappy yesterday. Not just physically, but mentally too. That was the first job I interviewed for, and didnt get. I still fell like a loser. 
But, no use crying over spilt milk......or something like that. I just applied with Med City. They have a decent sized pedi unit, so we'll see what happens with that.
Oh yeah, 3 more days untill the costume party, and my costume still isnt finished. What's a girl to do?

Sorry to hear that, cooter. I am sure that you will find a nice job. I will be out of town this weekend so I will miss the party but Halloween is on! well, my place is just a small apartment but it will serve it's purpose.
