hello all. sorry i have been so incommunicato. i'm all good here. i hope all is good there. i am having a bit of bubbly (no beer in the house so i opened a mini champagne bottle) and my dinner is a cooking. say hi to my friend greenmadtown she just joined sgchicago. she's cool.

I've never read any Gaiman, but I'll have to add it to my ever expanding list. I'm currently bogged down with reading for work, and for a course I'm taking on globalization.

Joe Strummer was one of the most talented and politically important voices in punk or rock, and his early death was tragic. There are a few others I would include by his side, particularly in the folk genre, but they are few. What did you do while in Maryland, school?
