I finally got in to see an ear, nose and throat specialist about the sinus problems that I've been having. It started last march when I got a really bad sinus cold so I went to doctor and got some antibiotics, the cold went away but the pain and the pressure didn't. So basically for the last year I kept going back to my doctor and they would give me more antibiotics and nasal spray and nothing seemed to help.
So I had xrays done and CTscan and I get into this doctor, who I had to wait like 3 months to get into, and he tells me that I don't have any infection or polups and that it's probably just a blockage. He tells me first that I have to completely cut dairy out of my diet, which completely sucks because even though I am a bit lactose intolerent I can eat some dairy products and I am completely addicted to chocolate (seriously I craved it daily). Also he tells that I have to get this sinus rinse that I have to use 2 times a day for the next 2 to 3 months, so that's good at least I don't need surgery which I hear can be pretty horrible.
I go to use the rinse and what I have to do is shoot a warm solution up my nose and it drains out my other nostral and my mouth. Fuck it was fucking horrible, I don't know how I going to be able to do this for like 3 months and I leave for my vaction in like 10 days, it's not going to be easy to do this everyday while I'm gone. Fuck I hate my sinuses!

On the chocolate front.. You can have as much dark chocolate as you want... hehe.. no milk involved.
