Failing that, a hypodermic, skunk scent (can be bought from a hunting supply store) and the rubber seals on their car being combined in what should be a fairly obvious fashion..

Renders their car completely unusable and unsaleable.

Ok, so revenge isn't exactly good for the soul, but it can be a lot of fun ..

Course, I'm british, so my usual resort when poeple annoy me, is to be unfailingly and obsessively polite. The more they hate me, the less reason I give them to be able to vent their frustrations at me.. You'd be surprised how pissed off people can get when you're polite at them.

count to ten, if that don't work let them have it..
