day 10 of the MC.

no food for 10 days, i think it was easier this time. i gave up on the bentonite and psyllium on day 5, i think it might have lessened the effects. i'll try them after i'm done with the fast.

i'm painting and rearranging my house. the inside anyway. it feels nice.

I cant seem make it more than 16 hours without caffeine, I just want to sleep, and not more than a day or 48 hrs without a cigarette (well yet anyway), It must feel great, mentally, physically, spiritually... congrats!

I'm on day 5 of the master cleanse fast - no food/ coffee/ smokes for the past 5 days.... 5 more to go... this is my second time to do it. i feel woozy and crazy and strangely clear headed.

we're doing a modified version this time with psyllium & bentonite. if you don't know what those are don't worry about it you probably won't...

I wish I could do some serious cleansing like that, but truth is, I can't handle it. I would first have to learn how to cook properly, then start doing that. Though I really should get on shaping up my diet.

Just got back from a fews days shooting in Miami. Worked with some really cool people, got hooked up in an insane pad and a monster chromed out Hummer to drive while there.

Nothing says "Big Time" like a car that gets 8 miles per gallon.
