I might, just might, have a job lined up. I was at scrimmage tonight talking to Barb, and was going on about how I only had three and a half weeks left. She said "Oh, good. You've already got a job". I gave her a pretty blank stare, and she said she'd talked to Emery about how I was graduating soon and would need a job and that he should hire me. He flat out said "Ok!". So, I've gotta talk to him pretty soon, and if things go well I'll have an assistant position at Metropolis on the east side. Being an assistant at a salon is kinda like an apprentice-ship. You do stuff like the shampoos, rinsing out color/perms, simple blowdrys, etc. You can learn a lot being an assistant, so I don't think I'll mind taking this extra step rather than going straight to a stylist position.
