I work at UPS. I used to load trucks, but was recently promoted to supervisor. The job still sucks, but the double up in my pay check makes it more tolerable. I get my first official paycheck next week so I'll see how much better it is than loading then
And I've been having some weird dreams lately too. I think it's something in the Worcester water. The only advice I can give is try not to eat near bedtime and before bed, try repeating to yourself the one main theme you want to dream about. Sort of like meditating on that one thought. Hopefully that works for you.
