First off my internet is being ridiculously slow today. I have no idea why. But anyway enough of that!

First I have to put the song of the blog in at the start because, well just listen to it!



it's just 100% pure solid stone cold big ol' ball of FUNK! It's amazing. End of.

I am after many months, finally of my medication! I'm very happy to be getting off it. I've been feeling pretty good since I went half dose, which was apparently are very small dose. I wanted to get off it before I went away, and today is the third day of not taking it. I feel good. That could also be because of the sheer amount of fruit pastilles I have eaten today. SUGAR HIGH! This also means I can start drinking again. Now I never used to drink much before the meds, and I won't start drinking loads. But just to have a small bit will be fantastic. I've just missed the taste.

I may have mentioned in this blog before that I'm going to America. Well yes I am. ON MONDAY! I now completely cannot be bothered with the two days of work I still have between now and then. I just want to go! I'm massively excited and also mildly terrified. I've never travelled on my own before, never been to America before. So it's all new. But i'm pretty good at going with the flow on new stuff. So it should be fine. I just don't want those 2 weeks to go to quickly. And i want to be able to take it all in.

I have a rough list of places I'd like to go, some of the usual touristy places and see if I can find some not so usual stuff. I don't just want to see the same old places as everyone else. But then I don't want to come back and someone say, oh you went to that city, but you didn't see this thing? why!? But one thing I have got tickets for is to go and see the LA Derby Dolls! Enter video of the derby dolls...



I may well also try to get a tattoo whilst I'm out there. I have no appointments so will just try to get a walk in somewhere. I have a couple of ideas. Either something like this....

I know 2 quite contrasting images. Thinking posslbly the ribs for placement, or leg maybe. My arms are too tiny for them. If I had bigger arms I'd do them there, but I don't, so I won't.

Anyways, I think that's enough for you all to be getting on with. I may possibly do another blog before I leave, but if I don't then expect an uber blog when I return!!! I'm not sure if I'll be able to check up on here much whilst I'm away but I'll give it a go.
