Hello everyone

I'm still here, still alive. Still occasionally blogging. Basically I've just been working over xmas, and being ill.

I had a period of feeling like complete and utter shit, that seems to have past though and I think I'm over the hump. I had an assessment with a mental health nurse who is going to sort out some cognitive behavioral therapy. Not entirely sure what that is or when I'll get it so we'll wait and see.

Still feeling massively alone, went out last night and realised how I can't even tell if someone is making eye contact with me. I'm so shit at this. Literally no idea what to do.

But anyway I shall leave you with a song that makes me think about all my old friends and how we've all gone our seperate ways since university.
